Coram Deo: "In the Presence of God"
Coram Deo was founded by a small group of individuals who desire to walk closely with God in community. Planted in a city that is both life-giving and demanding, we are committed to shared practices that promote spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. This way of life is the starting point from which we work together to encourage and support our various vocational callings and commitments.
Our primary base of activity is a strategic property located just off Times Square in the heart of Manhattan. The space is designed to facilitate all manner and expressions of worship. This could be a group of business owners discussing the implications of the Gospel for their enterprise, nonprofit leaders collaborating on ways to empower society's most marginalized members, or lay leaders sitting in silence and praying for guidance from the Lord.
In all our activities, we seek the peace and prosperity of the city, hoping to see redemption and renewal in all spheres of city life that flows out of the presence of God Himself.
